When a sinister threat from his childhood resurfaces, a devoted father is pushed to confront his deepest fear. This time, the stakes are even higher, as his family’s safety depends on it. 2. Star Trek: Section 31

6. The Order
Created by Dennis Heaton and Shelley Eriksen, two seasons of this supernatural teen drama series have been streaming since February 6. Starring actors Jake Manley, Sarah Grey, and Adam DiMarco, the series is about a college student who is out to avenge his mother’s death. After a pledge to a secret order, he lands in a war between werewolves and practitioners of dark magic.
7. Apartment 7A
This psychological horror-thriller is about a struggling young dancer, who is offered a chance of a lifetime by an older, charismatic and well-connected couple. She finds herself lured into a world of mystery and manipulation. Releasing on February 13, the film has been written by Natalie Erika James, Christian White, and Skylar James, directed by Natalie Erika James, and stars Julia Garner, Dianne Wiest, and Kevin McNally.
8. The Mehta Boys
In this family drama, written by Alexander Dinelaris along with renowned actor Boman Irani, who is making his directorial debut, a father and son are on a 48-hour odyssey. In this short span, the duo grapple with conflicting viewpoints and uncover the complex layers of their fragile relationship. 9. Game Changer
Directed by S. Shankar, this action-drama is about an honest IAS officer’s fight against a corrupt political system through fair and transparent elections. Available to watch now, Telugu film stars actors Ram Charan, Kiara Advani, and Sankalpa Banerjee, and has been written by Ranjeet Bahadur, Sai Madhav Burra, and Rajendra Sapre.
10. Newtopia (S1)
In this fantasy-romance-thriller, Seoul is now zombie-ridden. A soldier and his engineer girlfriend strive to reunite and have to fight through the undead-infested city to do so. The Korean series, which will be available from February 8, has actors Park Jeong-min, Kim Jisoo, and Kang Young-seok in key roles.
11. Dexter: Original Sin (S1)
Actors Patrick Gibson, Christian Slater, and Molly Brown star in this crime-drama that is set in Miami, in 1991. Available on February 9, the TV series has been created by Clyde Phillips. It follows young Dexter Morgan, a student who is struggling to channel his inner darkness after being unable to ignore his bloodthirsty urges. With the guidance of his father Harry, he becomes an avenging serial killer.
12. Dexter: New Blood (S1)
Created by Clyde Phillips and starring Michael C. Hall, Jack Alcott, and Julia Jones, this TV mini-series is about Dexter, who has faked his death and has been living under an assumed name in upstate New York for nearly a decade. He suddenly gets an unexpected visit from the son he abandoned years ago. This crime drama will be available from February 9.
13. Amber Alert
A routine ride-share takes a dangerous turn when the passengers spot a car matching an Amber Alert description. As their pursuit escalates, they find themselves entangled in a tense game of cat and mouse, where every decision could mean the difference between rescue and disaster. Available from February 11, this docuseries is about Nesh Pillay, an entrepreneur from Toronto, who rediscovers life and love, after suddenly losing her memory in 1996 and forgetting her fiancé JJ Jakope. As their rom-com-like story goes viral, their relationship is put to the test as they explore the complexities of love, identity, and resilience.
15. My Fault: London
This drama written by Melissa Osborne is about an 18-year-old girl, who moves from America to London with her mother and stepfather. While she tries to fight the attraction to her stepbrother, her estranged father, who has been released from prison, tries to track her down. Starring actors Jason Flemyng, George Robinson, and Asha Banks, this film will be available from February 13.
16. Broken Rage
In this two-part film, written and directed by Takeshi Kitano, hitman Nezumi, caught between the police and yakuza, is fighting for his survival. In the second half, the film evolves into a self-parodying comedy retelling the same story. Starring Takeshi Kitano, Tadanobu Asano, and Nao Omori, this crime-action-thriller will be available from February 14.
17. Reacher (S3)
The much-awaited season three of this popular TV series based on the novels by Lee Child will premiere on February 20. The TV series follows former military policeman Jack Reacher as he solves crimes and delivers his own form of street justice. Created by Nick Santora, it features actors Alan Ritchson, Maria Sten, and Malcolm Goodwin in key roles.
18. Shadow Land
Written by Ian Corson and directed by James Bamford, former president Robert Wainwright is haunted by nightmares about his untimely demise. His past psychiatrist, who visits Wainwright’s upstate residence, discovers the threat may be more real than imagined. Available from February 20, the thriller features Jon Voight, Marton Csokas, and Rhona Mitra.
19. Su Majestad (S1)
This TV series, which will premiere on February 27, is set in Spain in 2024. It is about Pilar, a young princess and future queen of Spain, who is forced to take on the reins following a scandal involving her father King Alfonso XIV. She now must prove that she is not the irresponsible, insolent, and lazy person that everyone thinks she is. The series has Anna Castillo, Ernesto Alterio, and Belen Ponce de Leon in key roles.
20. House of David (S1)
In this new Original series, premiering on February 27, the once-mighty King Saul falls victim to his pride, while David, an outcast shepherd boy, is anointed as the second king. The series has actors Michael Iskander, Jeremy Xido, and Bahia Haifi as protagonists.
21. The Lockdown
Siblings Charlie and Jack are trapped in Myanmar’s toughest prison, accused of a crime they did not commit. The duo now must work together and fight for their freedom, while being forced into televised fights against other inmates. Directed by Ryan C Jaeger, the action-crime-drama stars Caity Lotz, Leo Howard, and Michael Biehn, and will be available from February 27.
22. Nickel Boys
This drama is based on a Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Colson Whitehead and chronicles the friendship between two young African-American men, who are together in a reform school in Florida. Available from February 27, the film stars Ethan Herisse, Brandon Wilson, and Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor.
