Amazon MX Player is set to captivate audiences with its new crime drama series Chidiya Udd, premiering exclusively on the free video streaming service on January 15. A gripping crime drama, it plunges viewers into the treacherous underbelly of 1990s Mumbai. Based on Aabid Surti's critically acclaimed novel Cages, the series follows Seher (Bhoomika Meena), a young woman who finds herself navigating a dangerous landscape of criminals and shifting alliances in the unforgiving streets of Mumbai. Who is in the cast of Chidiya Udd?

Chidiya Udd features Jackie Shroff, Bhoomika Meena, Sikandar Kher, Madhur Mittal, Mayur More, and Mita Vashisht in pivotal roles. It is produced by Harman Baweja, Vicky Bahri, and directed by Ravi Jadhav.

What’s the plot of Chidiya Udd?

The story follows a young woman caught in the crossfire of criminals and shifting alliances. Seher (Meena), a young woman from Rajasthan has to confront the harsh world of Mumbai. Chidiya Udd explores her fight to break free from the chains that bind her, while revealing the harsh realities of life.
