Now it’s time for you, the viewers to pay an ode to the Prime Video character you love the most. In keeping with its recently launched global feature, Amazon Original Profile Images, Prime Video customers in India will now be able to take on the persona of their favourite character from Amazon India Originals as their profile avatar on the platform!

From the bold and beautiful ladies of ‘Four More Shots Please’ to the dark and dangerous characters of ‘Pataal Lok’ and many more - you will have an array of characters to choose from and create your personal Prime Video profile avatar. For those who love Amazon’s line-up of international originals, the feature also allows you to choose characters from some of the most loved international originals on the service. Available on all devices that support Prime Video, you can easily utilise these images to update your profile with just a couple of easy-to-follow steps.

Through the Prime Video app on iOS devices:

  1. Tap on My Stuff at the bottom of your Prime Video app screen.
  2. Click on the profile name to open a drop-down menu, then select Edit. Choose the profile whose image you want to change.
  3. On the Edit Profile screen, tap your profile image and make a selection from the available list.
  4. When creating a new profile, click the profile image and make a selection from the available list.

Through the Prime Video app on Android devices:

  1. Tap on My Stuff at the bottom of your Prime Video app screen.
  2. Click on the profile name to open a drop-down menu, then select ‘Manage profiles.’
  3. On the Edit Profiles screen, tap on the Edit icon at the side of your profile image
  4. On the Edit Profile screen, tap your profile image and make a selection from the available list.
  5. When creating a new profile, click the profile image and make a selection from the available list.

On the Prime Video website:

  1. On the Prime Video home page, select the profile image in the top right.
  2. Click on Manage Profiles, and then click on the ‘Edit Profile’ on the ‘Who’s Watching?’ screen.
  3. Select the profile you want to edit. Click on the profile image and select from the available list
  4. When creating a new profile, click the profile image and make a selection from the available list.

On the Prime Video app on supported connected devices:

  1. Select the profile image in the top menu.
  2. Use your device's remote control to highlight the profile you wish to edit, then select ‘Edit’ below it.
  3. Select the profile image and choose from the available list.
  4. When creating a new profile, use your device’s remote control to click on the profile image and make a selection from the available list.

The last step - Just channel your favourite character, be it Damini Rizvi Roy, Arjun Mathur, Mrs. Maisel or Jack Ryan. Refresh your Prime Video profile and voila! Let the magic begin.
