Simple steps to search for medicines on Amazon Pharmacy
All you have to do is open the Amazon app or go to www.amazon.in and you will find Amazon Pharmacy in the top widgets section. You can also directly visit the Amazon Pharmacy store on Amazon.in by going to www.amazon.in/pharmacy. Once you are on the Amazon homepage or the Amazon Pharmacy page, just search for your required medicine and add it to your cart, like you normally do on Amazon. If you buy prescription medicine, you will need to upload the valid prescription. Once done, you can proceed to choose from a range of delivery options at the checkout page. Your order is then validated against the uploaded prescription before it is dispensed by a registered pharmacist.
What happens if I cannot locate my prescription for the ordered medicines?
In accordance with applicable laws, all prescription medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. If you cannot locate your prescription or it contains errors, you can opt for a free consultation service provided by a third-party telemedicine partner engaged by the seller. With your consent, a registered medical practitioner will call you to understand your needs and evaluate if a prescription is appropriate to be issued. If issued, this new prescription will be used to confirm your order on Amazon Pharmacy.

What offers and savings are available on Amazon Pharmacy?
On Amazon Pharmacy, you can save more through cashback offers. Prime customers using the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit cards get 5% savings on their purchases. Customers can also avail savings and extra cashback offers based on their cart value. Prime customers get free delivery for order value of ₹149 or above. Non-Prime customers get free delivery for order value of ₹299 or above. If the order value is less than the above, there is a nominal ₹60 charge for delivery.
