Small businesses are at the heart of Amazon India, and events like Prime Day play an important role in helping them thrive. The annual shopping event provides them an opportunity to showcase their unique products to millions of Prime customers across the country. So much so, that Prime Day 2021 was the biggest business day for a number of our small business partners.
Naturally, this success has encouraged some of our new small business partners to participate in Prime Day 2022 for the first time ever. Read below how three incredible brands like Suta, Masilo, and Himalayan Origins are leveraging Prime Day to 'step up' their journey of growth.
Suta
The brainchild of Sujata and Taniya, Suta is a sustainable design house that makes one-of-a-kind, handcrafted sarees and clothing. Their brand is a mindful take on traditional Indian craftsmanship that meets contemporary style. They started out by working with only two weavers, and today, they support a community of over 16,000 weavers and artisans who make incredible fabrics and clothing.

Their products have been bestsellers since the beginning and have received love from customers across the globe. Masilo will be making their debut on Prime Day this year.
