How to use Alexa's Interview Ready skill

1. Echo Smart Speaker

  • Download and launch: Begin by downloading the Alexa app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  • Sign in: Log in using your Amazon account credentials.
  • Connect your Echo: Plug in your Echo device and wait for the light ring to turn orange. In the app, navigate to "Devices," tap the "+" icon, and select "Add Device." Choose your Echo device and follow the on-screen prompts to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
  • Complete setup: Once connected, Alexa will greet you, signaling that your device is ready to use.

2. Alexa app on smartphone

  • Download the app: Get the Amazon Alexa app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  • Sign in: Open the app and log in with your Amazon account.
  • Grant permissions: Follow the on-screen instructions to allow Alexa to access your microphone and location.
